My Story
Born at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, my early life was marked by adversity and resilience. I spent my first eight years navigating the foster care system before being placed with my birth father and his family in Northeast Florida. My childhood was shaped by abandonment, trauma, and the weight of addiction within my family. I endured physical, emotional, sexual, and mental abuse, experiences that kept me in a constant state of survival.

Determined to break the cycle, I enlisted in the U.S. Army right after high school, serving for six years across the globe. While the military reinforced my resilience, it also introduced new challenges, including experiencing military sexual trauma (MST) and sexual harassment—another layer of hardship that would shape my healing journey.

Nearly a decade ago, I committed to my own deep healing, utilizing talk therapy, EMDR, Reiki, and shamanic modalities. Through this process, I not only reclaimed my power but also found my true purpose: helping other women rewrite their own narratives.

After leaving the military, I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Marketing, earning my degree while working full-time. Over the next 18 years, I thrived in client-facing roles across multiple industries, from retail and manufacturing to training and SaaS. In the fall of 2023, my husband, Greg, and I launched Olivory, a charcuterie business that remains a small but meaningful side venture.

In January 2025, I officially stepped away from corporate America to launch my life coaching practice, where I now guide women who have felt unseen, unheard, and stuck in the wounds of their past. I created The MARTINI Method, a transformative framework that helps women reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience, and embrace their authenticity. My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that the answers already exist within us—we just need the right space and guidance to uncover them.

Mind, Body, and Spirit: A Holistic Approach to Healing
I deeply believe that mental health is intrinsically connected to gut health, physical movement, and our relationship with spirituality and nature. For over 20 years, I have integrated these practices into my own life, recognizing their profound impact on emotional and mental well-being. The food we eat, the way we move our bodies, and the energy we surround ourselves with all contribute to how we show up in the world. Whether it’s nourishing my body with whole foods, engaging in mindful movement, spending time in nature, or deepening my spiritual connection, I am committed to a holistic approach to healing—one that I also bring into my coaching practice.

Beyond my coaching work, I am building a beautiful life alongside my husband, Greg, and our blended family. Together, we raise his two children, Dante (20) and Isabella (19), along with my son, Declan (10). Our home in Holly Springs, North Carolina is filled with love, laughter, and the occasional chaos brought by our two dogs, Traeger (boxer) and Murphy (golden-doodle). We are passionate about traveling, spending time on the lake, and supporting our kids in everything they do.

My journey from survival to thriving fuels my mission: to create a compassionate space where women feel safe, supported, and empowered to reclaim their stories. Because if I can rewrite mine, so can you.
